At the electron beam.com we are committed to providing superior customer service and quality to our valued customers. Please review our policies below before making a purchase through our site.

Ordering

Orders received before 3:00 PM Central Time will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the items you have ordered are in stock. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Additionally, orders received on Federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

Payment

Google Checkout: We encourage the use of Google Checkout for online purchases because their services have proven to be a safe and efficient means of transferring funds over the Internet. You may pay thru a linked credit/debit card or with funds already in your Google Checkout account.

You must be paying from a verified Google Checkout account. To learn more about how to pay online thru Google Checkout, click here.

Credit/Debit Cards: We also accept credit and debit cards outside of Google Checkout. You may use our secure online shopping cart to place a credit card order. You may also choose to print the online order form, handwrite your credit card number and expiration date and fax or mail the form to us. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction we suspect may be fraudulent.

Sales Tax for Minnesota residents: Customers in the state of Minnesota will automatically be charged 6.5% sales tax on their purchases as required by state law. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the weight and the UPS zone orders are shipped to. We ship most products via UPS Ground by default. You may also choose a faster service though our shopping cart. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. You will receive an email with your UPS order tracking number within 48 hours of the day your order was shipped. You may use this number to track your order status through our website.

Return Policy

New items (except for software) carry a return or exchange period of 30 days from the date of receipt. If the product(s) are returned within 7 days, you will receive a full refund. Products returned after 7 days but before 30 days from the date of receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee. If your product requires servicing after 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer for servicing. Most products contain a warranty provided through the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us and obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning products to us. Returned items must be in new condition, packaged in original container and include all manuals and accessories that were originally shipped with the product. All software sales are final. The Electron Beam.com does NOT reimburse for return shipping costs.
